Ordering Policy
Mostly our orders are dispatched within 2 working days, however delivery may take up to 2-5 working days in karachi & 3-8 working days nationwide. If a product is temporarily out of stock, you will be informed by our customer support via phone or email.
Please note that the above mentioned delivery timings are estimates and not guaranteed.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to make any changes to the order you have placed or cancel it, please let us know as soon as possible after placing the order by contacting our customer support. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been delivered.
Damages Claim
In case of a damaged product, you are requested to inform us about it within 24 hours to claim an exchange for your purchased product. The same product will be delivered at the mentioned address by means of our free home delivery service.
Order Return / Exchange Policy
Once an order has been delivered to you but you wish to exchange it due to any of the mentioned reasons below, you may do so within 7 days after receiving the order. The accepted reasons of exchange are:
Incorrect article quantity.
Colour and design differs from the displayed product.
Size and dimensions of the article are different than as communicated.
If you claim for an exchange of your purchased product, a replacement product will be dispatched right after the original item has been received by our team. Delivery charges for the replacement will be borne by the customer.
Or you can come to any of our outlets with the original invoice of the order.
The exchanged goods must be in new condition and returned in original packaging along with all the included accessories. JB Saeed Studio holds the right to refuse return/exchange if goods received are damaged or not in their original condition.
Refund Vouchers can only be redeemed on the non sale items.

It is our utmost commitment to deliver your order within the specified time. However, the specified dates and times are only estimates to the best of our knowledge and may differ at occasions due to unforeseen circumstances.
JB Saeed reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders containing any error, inaccuracy or omission. If your order is cancelled, you will be refunded your amount. For COD orders, you will be refunded your amount via bank transfer. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, JB Saeed shall refund you your amount through bank procedure, which may take up to 15-30 working days. .
If a customer cancels an order after processing online payment, and asks for a refund, the amount shall be refunded after deducting bank charges of 3.5% of the total order value. Alternatively, the customer can get a credit voucher worth the actual amount.
JB Saeed Studio will not entertain any refunds/exchanges after the above mentioned time frame. Items purchased on sale/discounts/promotion will not be returned/exchanged.
